Under the tender care of the Galvis Family, Pink Bourbon thrives at 4,750 feet, embodying a perfect marriage of natural splendor and human ingenuity. While the name “Bourbon” originally comes from Bourbon Island (now Réunion Island), where this coffee lineage was first cultivated, Pink Bourbon itself is a unique Colombian creation.

Pink Bourbon is known for its stunning pink cherries when ripe, a distinct hue that results from specific growing conditions and the careful attention of skilled farmers. This washed coffee sings with vibrant floral aromas, underpinned by warm spices and the caramelized sweetness of Panela. The bright acidity of yellow fruits and orange peel adds a playful twist, making every sip an exploration of complexity and delight.

Anaerobically fermented in cherry and then soft-washed, this Pink Bourbon showcases the art of careful crafting.
